Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us within the first 24 hours after placing the order. After 24 hours, processing begins, and cancellation may not be possible.
If you contact us while your order is in transit, you are eligible for a full refund, but you will need to ship the product back to us, and we will cover the shipping costs.

Return & Refund Policy
We have a 120-day return policy, meaning you have 120 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns

The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Returns for hygiene-sensitive items (such as the Ademi Red Light Therapy Cap) are only accepted if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

This policy applies specifically to the Ademi Red Light Therapy Cap. We understand the importance of giving our products the time they need to show results.
How It Works:

30-Day Return Window: If you decide to return the product without using it, you have 30 days from the date of receiving the item to request a return. The product must be in its original condition with all packaging and proof of purchase.

120-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If, after consistent use for 120 days, you are not satisfied with the results, you can initiate a return for a full refund.
Steps to Qualify for the 120-Day Money Back Guarantee:

You must take one photo every two weeks from the same angle and with the same hair texture (wet or dry), and include a timestamp on each photo.

The product must be used consecutively for 120 days.

After 120 days, email us at support@ademibeauty.com with your order number, details of product use, and eight photos taken bi-weekly. We will review your case and proceed with the return process if applicable. Failure to provide all required photos may void the refund.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping address and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Used or damaged items (unless they arrived defective).

Custom or personalized items.

Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.).

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason. Items must be in their original, unused condition with packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
